This internship opportunity will be a chance to be part of the Eli Lilly Italy Site Services Team.


We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Site Services Intern who is eager to work cross-functionally, assisting the Site Services team in a variety of tasks.

This role will support the analysis and the execution of Italian Site Services projects and related activities.


Experience you will gain:

Activities:

  • Support Site Services Associate Director in designing and executing new projects
  • Work in partnership with necessary function and local department on development and delivery projects activities
  • Support in daily activities and responsibilities connected with General Site Services
  • Support in managing company nurse
  • Support in achieving department's annual goals and objectives
  • Support in reviewing and updating department's procedures
  • Support Space planning renewal activities

Requirements:


  • Master Degree in technical field (preferably management engineering)
  • English fluency (B2/C1)
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn in several internal processes
  • Strong communication, time management, and problemsolving
  • Ability to work in team
