    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to join our team. The successful candidate is a seasoned professional who will play a crucial role in providing strategic insights to leadership, optimizing revenue-related processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for ensuring clarity, visibility, and efficiency of revenue activities and systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Revenue Insights:
      • Provide actionable insights to all layers of leadership to support informed decision-making.
      • Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze revenue trends, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate potential risks.
      • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize revenue processes and achieve organizational targets.
      • Utilize advanced forecasting models and predictive analytics to provide accurate revenue projections.
      • Implement data-driven forecasting methodologies to guide strategic decision-making.
    • Process Optimization:
      • Collaborate with GTM leadership to develop and optimize revenue-related processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
      • Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline workflows and improve overall business operations.
    • System Expertise:
      • Possess expertise in managing and optimizing a comprehensive technology stack, including advanced SaaS tools relevant to the industry.
      • Evaluate, implement, and integrate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue results.
      • Oversee integrations between various systems to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks in revenue operations, ensuring the organization is well-prepared to navigate challenges.
    • Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that aligns with AgencyBloc's values and goals.
    • Hands-On Approach:
      • Demonstrate a willingness to roll up sleeves and actively contribute to the implementation of revenue strategies.
      • Lead by example and work alongside the team to achieve collective objectives.
    • Demonstrate a track record of successfully leading revenue operations in a SaaS organization with a revenue scale of $40 million or more.
    • Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in revenue strategies.
    • Possess strong executive presence and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
    • Craft compelling narratives through data-driven storytelling to articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience.
    • 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on revenue operations and strategic decision support.
    • Self-motivated and results oriented professional with a passion for driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
    • In-depth knowledge of CRMs, ERPs, and SaaS Product Analytic tools.
    • Track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
