Key Responsibilities:

Project Life Cycle Management:


  • Control and Collaborates in the project lifecycle process (PLC) to meet market requirements specifications (MRS) that include feature, timelines and cost targets.
  • Supports crossfunctional teams in defining product lifecycle activities and necessary tollgate releases at different phases of the product PLC, including participating in executive reviews.

Technical Program Management:


  • Manages programs like CKM, systems Upgrades or retrofits, from Intake loading to customer delivery, through all phases of the product life cycle.
  • Align with the program team members to release products according to specifications, meeting production deadlines.
  • Lead internal and external meetings to achieve project milestones and performance goals
  • Supports cost reduction projects in collaboration with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering.
  • Manages multidisciplinary programs (supply chain, engineering, finance, management) and provides status updates to executives.
  • Participates in regular reviews of forecasts, production schedules, and material requirements with production teams, including change control committees.

New Product Introduction (NPI):


  • Participates in projects and workflows that support the new product introduction process up to firstinfab placements and highvolume ramps.
  • Provide hyper care during the introduction of new products
  • Provide support in qualifying new parts (support beta quals and interact with customer and Supplier team)
  • Uptime reporting NPI introductions

Supplier Involvement:


  • Support commodity managers to develop key capabilities for new products through collaboration with suppliers.

Spares & Service reporting

  • Prepare SiC Spares & Service revenue forecasting
  • Spares usage analyzes report SiC Product
  • Update Installed base report

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's technical/engineering degree required (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science or equivalent),
  • Experience in the tech industry is preferred, but if you like the sound of this role and do not yet have work experience, we would still love to hear from you,
  • We highly value leadership qualities to influence both internally within the organization and with external parties
  • Any expertise in the following skills would be a plus: Production Control, Forecasting and/or Project Management / Navision / SAP / Parts & Inventory Management
