- Technical degree (Engineering preferred)
- Knowledge of RTCA DO-178 normative for software in airborne systems and/or RTCA DO-254 normative for airborne electronic hardware
- Knowledge of Design & Development processes for airborne complex systems
- Knowledge of Software or Complex Hardware Design & Development processes & tools
- Knowledge of process mapping techniques
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge (especially MS Word, Excel and Power-point)
- Experience in cross geographic processes integration (as plus)
- Knowledge of System Engineering / Model Based System Engineering (as plus)
- Knowledge of BPM tools (e.g. ARIS) (as plus)
- Knowledge of Teamcenter PLM system (as plus)
