Position Summary


Responsible for Mobile Experience B2B Ecosystem sell-out improvement by supporting and developing long-term business relationships with current and prospect channel partners ( System Integrators ).


Main goals:
1) Notebook B2B market break-through focusing on both current customer portfolio and new potential partners

2) Customer-set expansion in specific region focusing on territorial coverage

Role and Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise Samsung MX B2B sales through both accounted resellers and prospects with a special focus on Notebook category
  • Notebook category market breakthrough scouting new potential resellers within the assigned territory
  • Scout prospect channel partners establishing longterm business relationship in order to bring them on board in the Samsung MX Channel Program
  • Boost Samsung MX Channel Program by establishing a new B2B ecosystem vision leveraging cross device collaboration and mobile solutions ( training & consultancy )
  • Support channel partners to manage complex projects / deals by engaging directly enduser customers and/or working closely with Samsung MX Direct Touch team ( consultancy )
  • Liaise with P&S team ( Product & Solution ) to provide customers with technical expertise about product features, Knox platform, demos, maintenance, customization of product and/or solutions, postsales support
  • Liaise with Direct Touch team to achieve shared B2B goals optimizing the collaboration and work flow through all the channel ( partners à endusers )
  • Work closely with the Distribution account managers to define sales forecasting (for accounted partners) updating them constantly with channel insights, opportunities and business requests.
Skills and Qualifications


Qualifications/Requirements:

Educational Background:
Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in Economics)

Professional Background: 5-7 years exp in Consumer Electronics

Computer Knowledge:
Excellent MS Office tools

Language Knowledge:
Very good written and spoken English.

Travel required: 80% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur.
