Forour office in Bolonia we are currently looking for a Product Manager specialized on CIS domain (M/F/d).

The Functional Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including:

gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with her/his responsible, engineering, presales, and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Functional Manager also ensures that the product supports the companys overall strategy and goals.

You are responsible for:
Assemble the product roadmap following defined strategic goals Analyse functional requirements leveraging the companys available assets (customer base, clinical leads, other contributors) Report requirements and epics on enterprise tool JIRA an Agile Scrum methodology is in place Assess best UX design Write Medical Device supporting documentation Illustrate requirements and goal to R&D team Actively participate to Agile events Share goals with Validation & QA team Deliver roadmap extractions and progress showing prioritized features and corresponding justification Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and cross selling and upselling opportunities Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples Be an expert with respect to the competition Act as a leader within the companyYour Profile:

Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering or Heathcare-related field; At least 2 years experience as a Product/Functional Manager; Previous experience in a job in the Healthcare market is preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Technical background is a preferred skill; Excellent teamwork skills; Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority; Must be able to travel; English proficiency is mandatory.
