Business Development Manager:


About the role

  • We are looking for a _Business Development Manager who can develop new digital projects to unlock Independent Pharmacies commercial opportunities. _

Key responsibilities
- _ Developing and sustaining long term relationships with pharmacies and suppliers_
- _ Engaging into a new eB2B platform by presenting the benefits of it, as well as the business advantage the customers (pharmacies/suppliers) can gain in more and more competitive environment _
- _Training and coaching our customers on how to use our eB2B platform and to improve their business with it_
- _ Collecting and analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with our platform products and services _
- _Working closely with Product & Commercial Global Team to provide insight into product and enhance our platform and service offering _
- _Recruiting, training and guiding onboarding staff to support pharmacies acquisition_
- _ Supporting preparation of the Field Force for new ways of working with their customers (engagement, training, follow up)_
- _ Monitoring competitive platforms and feedback to the Project Team _
- _Analyzing OKRs for the market and looking for the ways to improve the results _


Qualifications and skills

Essential
- _ 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales in pharmacy environment _
- _Experience of working with independent pharmacies and wholesalers/distributors _
- _Track record in expanding and engaging customer base, preferably for digital platform_
- _ Experience with working in business development (new projects, pilots, tests, including financial aspect of these projects)_
- _ Experience in working on core pharmacy business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion)_
- _ Person who was working with qualitative research _
- _Easily engaging with the customers, peers and building trustful relationship_
- _ Effective communication skills (developed listening skills/ ability to explain, train and coach)_
- _ Negotiation skills _
- _Category Management guidelines knowledge_
- _ Good financial acumen allowing to present business benefits _
- _Details orientation _
- _Understand qualitative research technics and methods _
- _Good storyteller who can show the vision and benefits _
- _Ability to work in fast paced environment _
- _Ability to work with the data_
- _ Well organized and disciplined _
- _Proactive in problem solving _
- _Digital savvy _


Preferred
- _ Young talent who has 3+ years of experience working with the pharmacies and wholesalers_
- _ Ideally having sales and/or trade marketing experience _
- _Eventually person who worked in sales before and now is working in learning and development department, or qualitative research _
- _Optionally person who worked on customer engagement at software companies working with pharmacies and wholesalers _
- _Person who enjoys interacting with the customers and learning from interactions with different people_
