Rome Representative Office Manager


ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Regardless of seniority or role, uphold Union's mission, core values, and guiding principles by providing an exceptional service experience to colleagues and members alike through consistent demonstration of our service excellence behaviors.

Ensure MSR staff utilizes the service excellence model to become a trusted advisor to members by presenting the features and benefits of UNION's products and services that will best satisfy their current and future needs and building relationships


Select, develop, train, coach, evaluate and motivate Member Service Representatives to maximize performance and foster a service and sales culture of excellence; and ensure that Member Service Representatives deliver high quality service and conduct thorough member interviews in accordance with the sales and service model.

Promote teamwork and cooperation within the Retail Service and across the Credit Union.


Monitor sales results and execute monthly coaching sessions with Member Service Representatives using the sales and service model to satisfy member needs, develop sales skills, and meet established targets.

Develop policies and procedures. Develop and implement effective processes and workflow adjustments to increase efficiencies. Ensure that branch controls are adequate and well documented.

Regularly audit inventory and reconciliation of monetary instruments. Regularly review activity reports and make recommendations for improvements and development of goals.

Act as signatory on drafts, override transactions, Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Ensure compliance with UNION policies and procedures, federal and state laws and regulations and UNION's Code of Ethics & Business Conduct


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10 years of financial services experience in a retail banking environment, including at least 5 years of management experience with sales accountability
  • Strong research and analytical skills
