Job Title: O&M Manuals & Training Manager

About the Role:

• Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure on-time provision of O&M deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule.
• Develop an understanding of how our customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful.
• Review and implement customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Accountabilities:

• Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure preparation and delivery of Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan.
• Ensure the preparation of Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses.
• Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases within project schedule.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Pioneering Spirit
• Integrity
• Two to five years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team.
• Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated systems that comprise a metro system.
• Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications.

Desired Skills/Knowledge:

• Experience in modern Lean and Agile Organization Operation and Maintenance Processes RAMS and Maintenance Plan process Planning and organization Editing software programs.
