    We are looking for a Sales Specialist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Sales Team in Milan.

    The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating revenue, both directly and indirectly for BSI through pro-active telephone activities.

    As a Sales Specialist your responsibilities will be: Outbound telesales activity on prospects and existing customersDevelop upselling activities on existing customersHandle inbound callsProcure qualified sales appointments /web meetings for the sales accounts via predefined lists on a specific CRMMaintain sales activity data in the CRMYour Key Performance Indicators will be: Achieve/exceed set targetsEnsure all sales leads are qualified and actions set in the CRMGenerate new business and sales opportunities via professional handling of incoming calls and proactively making outbound callsConversion of enquiries to visits, quotes and sales revenueMaintenance and update of client recordsTo be successful in the role, you will have: A background in inbound and outbound prospectingExperience to proactively seek sales opportunities (previous telemarketing/telesales experience considered as a plus)Proficiency in English and ItalianExperience in working to targets and incentivesExperience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferably)BSI offers a competitive total reward package, an independent and varied job in an international environment, flexible working hours, ongoing training and development with the inclusion of a wide range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your lifestyle.
