- A Masters Degree in Engineering Management or Business Administration or other related degree;
- Proactivity and autonomy;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Familiarity with Data and Analytics domain and Kanban agile methodology will be a plus.
- Budget and Project Management experience on medium/high dimension projects will be a plus.

The candidate will work within the Program Management team, that overloooks the project management and monitoring.The candidate will help the team building the plan, identifying the core milestones, measuring the progress and tracking key dependencies on the program planning and execution. The candidate will have the chance to be exposed to both, the technical data team working on the platform and Machine Learning models, as well as the Data Governance working on Data Quality and Ethics.
