The Role

Oversees, monitors and manage projects
Delivering multiple software implementation projects on budget and on schedule with high customer satisfaction.
Execution of all phases of project management from the initial bid, project resourcing, project initiation, project execution and closeout.
Execution of Pharma and Biopharmaceutical projects implementing our proprietary software, supporting clients through their GMP validation processes and delivering innovative high value solutions to our customers
Functional supervision of contractors, consultants, and engineers assigned to theprojects.
Compliance with all reporting, project administration, and documentation requirements.
Communicate and develop relationships with clients.
Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction through world-class delivery practices.

Work collaboratively with other internal teams:
R&D, Customer Support, Product Management, Sales.
What You'll Need

Degree in Engineering or comparable technical education with appropriate professional experience.
Significant and solid experience in the process automation or manufacturing industries.
Good project management experience. This experience must have been in a management role, not simply project participation. Consideration will be given for extensive project experience in lieu of some management experience.
Demonstrated project management skills (scope, quality, time, cost, risk, human resource, contract/procurement, and Technical supervisory experience)
Must be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking efficiently in a team-work environment
Must be able and willing to travel at least 50% of time, including some international travel.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English language
Fluent oral communications skills in French are desirable

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other regulations such as US 21 CFR part 211 and/or and EU Annex 11.

Proficient with MS Word and experience with MS Project
Industry recognized Project Management certification desirable.
