    ASAP Sponsorship is not available Warehouse Shipping Supervisor Description Our client, a packaging and container manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Supervisor to add to their team in near Fairfield, New Jersey.

    Reporting to the Plant Manager, your primary goal will be to ensure efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and timely delivery of products to customers.

    The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, extensive experience in warehouse operations, and a proven track record of optimizing logistical processes.

    You will spend approximately 50% of your time on the floor overseeing daily operations and inventory counts, while the rest of your day will be spent managing order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics.

    Warehouse Shipping Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures Maintain inventory accuracy counts Reconcile inventory through the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Oversee shipping of customer orders to meet delivery deadlines Work cross-functionally with departments to prioritize orders Prepare shipping documentation including bills of landing Track shipments and address any issues or delays proactively Warehouse Shipping Supervisor Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse shipping experience required Microsoft Office proficiency required Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Excellent time management and scheduling experience required
