MTA S.p.A ricerca una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Assembly Engineer per l'ufficio Engineering, all'interno della Business Unit Electrical, che si occuperà delle seguenti attività, in ambito linee di assemblaggio MTA nel mondo:• Analisi di fattibilità dei nuovi prodotti;
• Definizione dei budget e delle specifiche tecniche delle macchine e delle attrezzature di assemblaggio;
• Definizione del concept e delle tecnologie di assemblaggio;
• Analisi PFMEA prima stesura e aggiornamenti;
• Verifica tecnica dei progetti delle attrezzature di assemblaggio;
• Gestione dei fornitori delle linee di assemblaggio e degli avanzamenti di progetto;
• Monitoraggio dell'efficienza e delle performance degli impianti di assemblaggio;
• Collaudo e supporto all'installazione degli impianti/linee di assemblaggio, coordinamento e training del team di progetto, in Italia e all'estero;
• Definizione dei piani di manutenzione e delle distinte ricambi insieme ai fornitori degli impianti;
• Supporto ai reparti produttivi Italiani o esteri nella risoluzione delle problematiche di processo di nuovi impianti;
• Attività di "Continuous Improvement" per impianti esistenti.Requisiti:
• Laurea triennale o specialistica in Ingegneria Meccanica o Industriale;
• Preferibile precedente esperienza in ambito linee di assemblaggio automatiche / semi-automatiche (progettazione / collaudo);
• Conoscenza delle componentistiche accessorie delle macchine di assemblaggio, Schemi Elettrici, Pneumatici, Sensoristica, Plc, Avvitatori, Sistemi di Visione e Robot;
• Conoscenza dei principali sistemi CAD 3D: CREO parametrics, Inventor;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Flessibilità e disponibilità oraria, soprattutto durante le trasferte;
• Disponibilità a trasferte europee ed extra-europee della durata di max 2/3 settimane.Skills:

• Propensione al "problem solving";
• Capacità di adattamento;
