Di cosa ti occuperai?
- Community Management & Customer Care: Supporto operativo nella gestione dei canali social (Instagram, Facebook, ecc.) e del sito web per il mercato USA, garantendo una comunicazione tempestiva e in linea con il tono di voce aziendale.
- Interazione e Supporto Utenti: Gestione diretta del primo contatto con la community e smistamento strategico delle richieste verso i dipartimenti interni competenti.
- Social Listening & Insight: Monitoraggio costante delle conversazioni online e analisi delle domande frequenti (FAQ) per intercettare i bisogni degli utenti americani.
- Marketing Operations: Supporto nell'implementazione delle campagne di marketing e delle attività di comunicazione dedicate al progetto USA.
- Reporting & Data Entry: Supporto nella creazione e nell'aggiornamento di report periodici relativi alle interazioni, ai feedback ricevuti e all'andamento del customer service.
Sei la persona giusta se:
- Hai conseguito un percorso di studi in ambito marketing;
- Sei fluente nella lingua inglese;
- Possiedi un forte interesse per i social media, la comunicazione digitale e le dinamiche di community.
