Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

Within the Group Sustainability & Social Responsibility area we are looking for Project Manager - SME EnterPrize.

Generali SME EnterPRIZE is a strategic project developed by Generali Group designed to promote a culture of sustainability among European SMEs.

It has the goal of inspiring SMEs to develop sustainable business models and stimulating the debate on the topic.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Coordinate the overall activities related to the third edition of SME EnterPRIZE in relations to the different project's streams and project's owners: White Paper (Group Sustainability and Bocconi University); Countries Engagement and Sustainability Heroes Selection (Group Sustainability); Engagement of EU Institutions (Group Public Affairs); Media Plan (Group Media Relations and Contents Management) and Final Event organization (Group Event Hub)
Supervise projects' overall timeline, keeping monitored projects' objectives and KPIs in relations to all the streams
Supervise and keep contacts with the external providers that provide services in the different project's streams
Perform regular checks to make sure adequate resourcing is available and that the scope of work mirrors the budget

Must have:

Experience with Project Management
13 years of related experience
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint is a must
Strong command of English

Structured, meticulous, analytical and detailoriented
Attitude towards flexibility and ability to "think and operate" crosssectionally"
Ability to "see the bigger picture" and get to the heart of issues rapidly; curiosity, flexibility and desire to explore new topics
Ability to communicate fluently with different nationalities and cultures
