For our Topcon Training Centre located in Concordia Sulla Secchia (Modena - Italy) we are looking for a

Training Administrator and Assistant (Internship)

Work Location:
Concordia Sulla Secchia (Modena, Italy) - Topcon Training Centre

Internship (6 months) after degree with a possibility of extension or hiring based on performance.


The Training Administrator and Assistant Internship to support our training team in the Topcon Training Centre in Concordia Sulla Secchia ( MO).

Job Purpose

  • Support Training Function during all the important activities of:
  • training activities planning
- organisation events
- delivery and reporting

  • Administrate Training Centre Activities
Core Job Duties

  • Schedule training sessions, including coordinating with trainers and trainees and ensuring that all required materials are available
  • Handle logistics for training sessions, including booking rooms, arranging suppliers, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and in good working condition
  • Assist trainers during training sessions, including setting up equipment, taking attendance, and providing technical support as needed
  • Assist training delivery with contribution of knowledge in Satellite Navigation (GNSS)
  • Proactive management of projects by leading them independently including activities reporting
Education And Experience

  • Survey/ Civil/Construction Engineering degree or similar are preferred. Also Marketing studies can be considered as background.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role preferred
  • Experience in a training environment preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders
  • Fluent in Italian and English required ; knowledge of other European languages is a plus

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge in Satellite Navigation (GNSS), mathematical statistics;
  • GNSS Signal Analysis and Processing
  • GNSS Receiver Design and Implementation
  • GNSS Applications
  • GNSS Data Analysis and Interpretation
  • GNSS System Design and Analysis
  • GNSS Signal Interference and Mitigation

Working Conditions:

  • Max 5% travelling EMEA wide
  • Will be required climb on heavy equipment
  • Flexible working opportunity based on activities on site
