We are looking for a
Infrastructure Planner to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Technical Services.

You will be responsible to respond to company needs in terms of infrastructure set up/modifications (e.g. offices, warehouse, etc) by steering dedicated project/activities. You will also be responsible for infrastructure projects from the beginning till the handover to Maintenance.

You will:

Manage infrastructure project planning by considering deadline and budget
Prepare documents for investments approval at Lamborghini and Audi level (e.g. IK)
Compose technical specifications in case of subcontracts/agreement with external partners and definition of guidelines to be respected during implementation
Cooperate with purchasing department and legal advisor for suppliers selection and contract definitions
Coordinate and steer external firms activities (e

g technical documentation check:
CAD design etc.)

Monitor activities and task implementation by visiting directly and frequently building/construction sites to solve not conformities
Project status reports in terms of: contractual and operative timing respect, delivery dates, costs, project milestones, compliance with laws and regulations (planning reports preparation)
Ensure cross functional coordination of units involved into the projects (e.g. Safety & Environment, Security & General Services) committee included ( Company Organizational unit requiring the service)
Ensure alignment with Audi for technical issues (e.g. European DIN)
Ensure compliance with administrative requirements by interacting with local public entities
Project plan and reporting presentation within Lamborghini and Audi meetings
Sign for handover to Maintenance to release the infrastructure project (having checked that the projec fulfill the defined requirements/objectives)
Be involved during industrial planning round (LAP) or budget phase to ensure infrastructure adaptation to new Company development needs
Ensure energy management: plant or building modifications for energy saving (e.g. Automatic light turnoff)
Ensure SW selection to optimize and improve activities

About you

University Degree in Engineering (e.g. Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical) or Architecture
Experience in a similar role within Automotive, Nautical or Aeronautic industries
Technical Knowledge of composites processes and technical project lead for composite materials
English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
Problem solving attitude, planning and analytical skills, team work and target oriented
Process orientation and lesson learned approach
Relational and negotiation skills
Availability to travel
