    The Opportunity

    This position based in the field in the Vascular division - covering Center and South of Italy. The main purpose of the position is selling products by maintaining and expanding customer base, develops and manages staff.

  • Successfully leads a regional sales team to meet annual sales, profit, and budgetary goals;
  • Handles the business by managing the planning, organization and execution of all sales activities;
  • Evaluates and implements sales objectives and strategies according to the country's objectives and policies;
  • Participates in the country planning and review processes;
  • Reviews and consolidates sales plan to contribute to the regional sales plan;
  • Negotiates with important accounts and group purchasing departments;
  • Executes new product launches in the area of responsibility;
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and physicians;
  • Plans and organizes the activities of the regional team;
  • Develops and manages people;
  • Required Qualifications

  • University degree or 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Good knowledge of English (listening and writing). Knowledge of medical device environment.
  • Territory Management, Negotiation, Motivation for sales, Ethical conduct, Result driven.
