We are looking for a
After Sales Warehouse Operations to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of After Sales Business Development.
You will have the responsibility to oversee and coordinate 3PL during day-by-day operations aiming to improve logistic KPIs, with particular focus on minimizing quality claims.
- Daily spare parts warehouse management
- Logistic and transport cost monitoring aimed to respect budget
- Dealers' claims root cause analysis and improvement activities aimed to prevent future claims
- Monitoring logistic performance to identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions
- Labelling and packaging: analysis and definition aimed to avoid transportation damages, whilst respecting international regulation for import and export
- Stock Batteries, including HV: analyzing and managing the requirements
- KPI monitoring, Quality, Timing and Stock's integrity
- Reporting about after sales logistics & transport (e.g. KPIs, quality, lines, etc.).
- Providing support to logistic and transport tender management, specification and documentation, technical rating and startup in order to ensure the service
- Warehouse problem solving
About you
- Bachelor's degree in management engineering, Economics or Statistics
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Logistic, Warehouse management and Transport
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge in SAP
- Business Intelligence knowledge will be a plus
- IT knowledge will be a plus
- Fluent English, German will be considered as a plus
