About the rolePurpose of the Role
The Contract and Invoice Operations Analyst will ensure that Diageo is paying an appropriate amount for contractual obligations through reconciliation of invoices with contracts and evidence of having met obligations (e.g. volume or activation).
Top Accountabilities
Periodical Liquidation of Customers agreements (On-Off-Reserve).
Archive Promotional Invoices and ensure that they reflect the agreement
Support Commercial Finance and Finance Controls to run smooth month/half/YE closes by securing timely accounting and crediting of retrospective discounts and providing relevant and ad hoc calculations
Calculate accruals to submit to Finance, every month(half, YE)
Be a backup for the other analysts' tasks in the team
Prepare and submit Price lists yearly and ad hoc
About You
Experiencerequired/Skills/Capabilities/Languages
Fluent in English and Italian
Highly numerate and precise with high analytical skills and good reconciliation
Strong interpersonal, numerical, and problem-solving skills
Identify clear priorities and focus on them at all times
Work within and ensure the team works within the commercial tramlines and relevant business process guidelines required to execute efficiently and brilliantly
Possess financial STC SAP accounting knowledge and experience in working with shared service centers is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in different situations
