SHOES AND SNEAKERS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SCANDICCI

About:

Luxury Couture brand
Attention to details, quality design and real craftsmanship
Value of excellence, heritage and traditions

Responsibilities:

You will follow the entire development process of shoes and sneakers categories, from the first input of the design studio to the industrialization part
Being able to work closely with the Design Studio and Merchandising office, as well as different external manufacturers, to produce requested samples on time for the showroom
Making sure you are able to follow up all phases of the development process, being strong in coordinating them and able to maintain the time
You will be managing a team of 3 people

Requirements:

6+ years' experience of sneakers and shoes development process, as a manager
Multitasking, strong organisational skills, strict and precise, empathic and able to maintain a strong and healthy relationships with coworkers, external manufacturers, and Design Studio
Needs to be adaptable as well as a strong decision maker, problem solving attitude
Fluent in English, French can be a good plus

Offering:

Salary up to €70K, depending on experience
