For our client, a multinational leader in its sector, we are looking for a Importante Azienda HR MANAGER.

The resource, based in Caserta plant and reporting to Italy HR Manager, will be the deputy of HR Mgr, supporting in coordinating and ensuring the proper Management of a group of plants.

Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resource Management.
Work experience in Automotive Industries preferred.
Fluent English.
Strong labour law knowledge.
Strong trade unions skills.
Availability to travel weekly in each plant.
