Project Manager — Self-Service Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead cross-functional operations for our Self-Service team. You will design and implement efficient processes, coordinate delivery across departments, and drive initiatives from planning to completion.

• Design and maintain collaboration frameworks with partner departments.

Responsibilities:

This role reports directly to our Director of Self-Service. As an operational hub connecting multiple teams (Marketing, DevRel, Support, Product and Engineering), you will identify blockers escalate when needed Prepare status updates on ongoing projects Document key process improvementsSupport launch coordination efforts that bring together multiple functional areas

Requirements:

You should have at least 3 years of project management experience in a technology company Experience coordinating work across multiple teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Jira or similar tools A track record establishing improving processesFluent English
