Siamo alla ricerca di Remote Support Technicians da inserire nel reparto Technical Customer Service che in E80 Group si occupa di garantire nel tempo l'efficienza operativa dei nostri impianti.Responsabilidades
- Fornire un supporto di primo livello garantendo una connessione VPN immediata e guidando il cliente nel processo di problema solving - troubleshooting , fino alla risoluzione del problema.
- Interpretare e comprendere correttamente la richiesta del cliente , assicurando un costante supporto , una corretta gestione del ticketing e relative notifiche.
