Responsabilidades
- Capacità di analisi e risoluzione dei problemi per comprendere la natura del malfunzionamento ed indirizzare la risoluzione del disservizio
- Lavoro in Team per individuare e indirizzare proattivamente la soluzione del problema a fronte del verificarsi di eventuali disservizi
- Leadership per guidare il team verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi entro i vincoli di tempo costosupplazati preestabiliti.
