Position overview:Join our dynamic team and take the lead in propelling sales and margins to new heights in the exciting world of coatings.

As the driving force behind our growth strategy, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers while expanding our footprint in the Italy market in Liquid Resins and Additives area.

With a focus on relationship building, contract negotiations, and identifying fresh opportunities, you'll be at the forefront of innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities:


  • Maximizing sales and margins growth and acting as primary contact for established and potential customers through building a strong reputation.
  • Maintain and further develop the current customers portfolio
  • Deliver the annual Budget sets for the geographical region (Volumes and Marginal Income).
  • Manage commercial Accounts:
  • Negotiate contracts and prices in a competitive environment
  • Monitor and maintain profitability standards consistent with overall Company rules
  • Develop new opportunities through new products.
  • Optimize channel to the market by correct follow up of local Distributor
  • Support new product launches in partnership with Marketing and Technical Service teams. "Innovation" and "Sustainability" being a keys words for the Company.
  • Provide market and competition intelligence through different data bases maintenance.
  • Maintain Working Capital within Company standards.
  • Organize an active prospection in Italy region in order to discover and develop new accounts.

Required skills and experience:


  • Master's Degree in Chemical area
  • 5 years' experience in coatingrelated industry
  • Excellent Sales skills, relation building, strong passion to win
  • Key Account management experience
  • Team player and strong acumen
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Availability to travel 23 days a week.

Qualifications:


  • University degree in a technical or business discipline.
