    Fundamentals/Must haves

  • 1/2 years of experience in the insurance field;
  • Desire to embark on a journey in the dual role of office manager and commercial network development.
  • Effective Communication: Front office professionals will need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers. This includes the ability to actively listen, respond to customer questions and manage needs
  • Customer Orientation: Will have a customer oriented approach is essential. Front office operators must put customer satisfaction at the center of their activities, trying to exceed expectations and resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Management of the secretarial relations: will manage the secretarial activity mainly in the morning and will carry out daily commercial telephone interactions, the creation of relationships of trust and customer loyalty.
  • Computer skills: good office package skills.
  • Problem-solving: Must be able to handle customer phone calls effectively, ensuring customers are satisfied with the assistance received.

    CCNL Trade, Employee, RAL €25,000/30,000. With much higher RAL commissions.
