- Assicurare l'elaborazione del programma e l'erogazione delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e/o di richieste di intervento, dei collaboratori e/o fornitori;
- Gestire le risorse assegnate nonché i rapporti con i Fornitori;
- Assicurare l'applicazione dei piani di sicurezza aziendali nel rispetto della normativa per operatori e terzi prestatori;
- Assicurare l'organizzazione e l'efficienza della funzione e dei relativi processi;
- Gestione dei rapporti con le figure tecnico operative della committenza;
- Gestione del conto economico di commessa.
- Titolo di studio in discipline tecniche (meccanica/elettrica);
- Consolidata esperienza in analogo ruolo o comunque maturata nell'ambito della manutenzione impiantistica civile/industriale/sanitario;
- Capacità di relazionarsi con Clienti e Fornitori per la gestione di criticità;
