Title:
Part-Time PE Teacher for Anglo Italian School in Naples, Italy

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic PE (Physical Education) Teacher to join our team at the Anglo Italian School.

As a PE Teacher, you will be responsible for instructing and engaging students aged 3 to 13 years old in various physical activities and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver ageappropriate physical education lessons for students, incorporating a range of activities such as team sports, fitness exercises, and cooperative games.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' physical development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Teach fundamental movement skills, coordination, and basic motor skills to young children while challenging and developing older students' athletic abilities.
Assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of their performance and participation.
Adapt teaching methods and activities to accommodate students with diverse abilities and learning styles.
Collaborate with other educators and staff to coordinate schoolwide events, sports days, and extracurricular sports activities.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively teach and interact with students in English is essential.
Relevant educational background and/or certifications in Physical Education or a related field.
Experience working with children aged 3 to 13 years old, preferably in an educational or sports setting.
Passionate about promoting physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and positive attitudes towards sports and physical activities.
Knowledge of ageappropriate PE curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment techniques.
Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage and motivate students of different ages and skill levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with fellow teachers and staff members.

Position Details:

Parttime position, approximately 23 days per week.
Contract duration: September to midJune.
Location: Naples, Italy.
Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
