    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a role model, demonstrating high standards of ethics and representing the Maison at all times
    • Provide continuous support to the boutique team through luxury management experience
    • Collaborate closely with the retail management team to apply strategy daily
    • Set high expectations for the team and create an action plan for the boutique
    • Evaluate client service excellence and ensure a seamless journey across the Maison's sales process
