Ob Einführung von Microsoft 365, moderne Warenwirtschaft oder kundenspezifische Softwareentwicklung – als Project Lead - Digitale Transformation bist du unser Schlüsselspieler, der Nähe zum Kunden, Pragmatismus und Innovation vereint.
Aufgaben
• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Projekten zur digitalen Transformation: Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um Anforderungen und Ziele zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln
• Proaktive Führung und Motivation von Projektteams, um Zeitpläne, Budget und Qualitätsstandards einzuhalten
• Einsatz von modernen Tools und Methoden zur Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen und Erschließung neuer Potenziale
• Reporting und Kommunikation der Projektfortschritte an das Management und die Kunden
Qualifikation
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der digitalen Transformation oder IT-Beratung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Prozessoptimierung und -digitalisierung sowie gängiger Softwarelösungen (z.B. Microsoft 365, ERP-Systeme)
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Hands-on-Mentalität und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
• Fließende Deutsch-, Englisch und Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
