The Paralegal / Legal Consultant will assist members of the Legal Team with various projects aim to strengthen the operational infrastructure in the European region and with day to day to support.

This is an independent contractor role for a 6 months period with possibility to extend, full time availability. The contractor may be located anywhere in the Central and Eastern European region (CEE).


Requirements:


  • Law degree or qualification as paralegal
  • Full professional fluency in English
  • Professional command of Microsoft (Word, Teams, PPT).
  • Exposure to life science of advantage but not a must
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a wellstructured working style
  • High integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct
  • Enthusiastic and equally pragmatic in identifying priorities and balancing the needs of a fastgrowing organization.

Responsibilities:


  • Support of crossregional projects (e.g. rollout of contractual templates, trainings SOPs)
  • Basic preparation / review of routine contracts
  • Corporate administration and coordination of basic corporate updates
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Administrative tasks
