Company Description Power-Tech, divisione Energy del gruppo Segula Technologies Job Description Instrumentation Engineering Services for the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) of a new Poly Propylene (PP) Plant for Sibur, located in Russia, Tobolsk, based on Grace technology.

In general, the Engineering Services include the develop of the engineering activities for the preparation of the FEED according to the Sibur specification, requirement, schedules.

These activities principally cover:

Preparation of Engineering Documents such as:

Specifications, Data Sheets, Calculations, Technical Bid Evaluation, Layouts, etc. - Interface with other disciplines and Tecnimont Offices. - Revision of Owner comments. The Professionals will work under smart work modality or in presence modality at Tecnimont offices.

Split or number of days for each modality will be defined by the Instrumentation Discipline Lead, according to the requirements of the FEED and Engineering Activities to be developed.

The Engineering Activities to be developed are associated to the Plant with the following Instrumentation systems:

Itemized instrumentation
Plant Design
Telecom systems
Fire and gas Systems
Analysis system The typology of the documents to be developed during the FEED, where is required the participation of the Professionals for their preparation, review, comments, etc.

as per the coordination with the Instrumentation Discipline Lead are:

Instrument Index,
General Specifications
Instrumentation cable list
Cable run layout
Technical Specification
Supply Specification
Material Requisitions
Technical Bid Evaluation
Bill of Material & Bill of Quantity.

Other main activities to be considered as part of the scope of the Engineering Services are the following:

Revision of the Owner Contractual Documents.
Revision and comments of the Instrumentation Specification provided by the Owner.
Assistance to other department
Coordination and interface with the other disciplines.
Coordination and interface with the other Tecnimont Offices.
