    Start Date: 5th June 2025

    Contract Type:
    CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)

    Work Model:
    Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)

    Work ScheduleShifts:
    Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)

    Days Off:
    Sunday + 1 rotational day off per weekSalary & Compensation
    Base Salary: 1,024 per 14 months
    Performance Bonus: 225 per 12 monthsPosition Bonus (Braga only): 20 per 12 monthsAllowances & Benefits
    Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
    Transport Allowance: 20 per month

    Health Insurance:
    Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months

    Relocation Support:

    Provided for eligible candidates relocating within PortugalYour RoleAs a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers.

    You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.

    Experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.

    Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools.
