Join our collaborative marketing team responsible for the Southwest Europe Region, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering the marketing plan for Italy.

As Marketing Activation Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for marketing-related customer requests, you'll facilitate seamless communication between the sales teams in these countries and our regional marketing team.

Your responsibilities will also include passionately advocating for the regional marketing agenda with customers and actively gathering and sharing valuable market feedback and insights.


As Marketing Activation Specialist, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Planning and Activation and functionally to the Market Director for Italy.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

Installer / dealer activities:

  • Installers tools responsible
  • Collaboration with dealers /installers
  • Newsletters (products news, Trade conditions, events, etc)
  • Prepare and coordinate installers events
  • Follow up KPIs: Installers data base, Prospect, etc. Propose corrective measures to reach goals
  • Handle Installers & dealers local budget

Sales support:

  • Competition analysis
  • Promotions activity: Business Case proposals, follow up and ROI analysis, communications materials, external and internal communications
  • Pricing / Delivery time: Analyze local inputs to implement pricing strategy according strategic prices
  • Supporting the definition and execution of the marketing / sales plan
  • Supporting with management
  • Collaboration & support to training center
  • Definition school training
  • Support and train Sales Team
  • Handling marketing related customer & sales team requests
Product management

  • Product adaptations for italian market
  • Product launches: internal & external comms.

Day to day marketing tasks:

  • Participation to Regional Mk projects
  • Elaboration & execution & roll out of the local marketing plan align with Global Strategy
  • Coordinating the suite of Point of Sale materials for all audiences and POS printed materials
  • Adapt technical and commercial materials to Italy, focus in B2B targets
  • Main price list and others brochures

Experience and skills:


  • 35 years marketing experience
  • Team spirit
  • Proactive
  • Sense of priorities and organization
  • Autonomy
  • Good level of analysis

Languages:


  • English and Italian are mandatory
