- Promozione e consolidamento del brand di Fronius nel mercato fotovoltaico nella propria area di competenza
- Presentazioni di prodotto, formazione ai clienti con il supporto dei colleghi del Training & Education
- Visite di primo contatto e periodiche presso clienti attivi e potenziali
- Supporto alla clientela: disponibilità dei prodotti, prezzi, preventivi, situazioni speciali, informazioni per le offerte, formazione vendita e orientamento ai dati disponibili sul web, supporto al sell-out ai Distributori, ecc...
- Coordinamento e partecipazione a fiere e mostre della zona, nazionali e internazionali
- Continua ricerca di opportunità sul mercato e feedback su: nuovi prodotti, nuove caratteristiche, prezzi, nuove richieste dei clienti, soddisfazione dei clienti, concorrenza, ecc.
- Costante aggiornamento del data Base clienti tramite il CRM Fronius e reportistica di vendita
- Utilizzo di Business Intelligence o Analytics legati all'attività di vendita
- Implementazione di strategie commerciali, seguendo le linee guida della Casa Madre
- Pianificazione continua delle vendite nella propria area di competenza
- Responsabilità per quanto attiene il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.
- Formazione tecnica
- Minimo tre anni di esperienza di vendita di prodotti ad alto contenuto tecnologico, gestione della linea di prodotti, preferibilmente nel settore fotovoltaico, energie rinnovabili, elettronica o industria correlata
- Inglese fluente
- Interesse in ambito tecnico
- Conoscenza di MS-Office, specialmente MS-Excel
- Si richiede disponibilità a trasferte nel Nord-Ovest Italia (75% del tempo)
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di pianificazione
- Preferibile esperienza nel BtB
- Ottime capacità di relazione e di comunicazione completano il profilo

La filiale Italiana di Fronius sta ricercando un Area Sales Manager Nord-Ovest (per le regioni: Lombardia Ovest, Piemonte, Liguria, Valle D'Aosta) per la divisione Solare (inverter per impianti Fotovoltaici, soluzioni per lo storage, e-mobility). La figura si occuperà di rendere efficace il processo di vendita attraverso i canali distributivi (grossisti generalisti e specialisti) e la promozione sugli operatori del settore (installatori, progettisti, EPC, utility).
