The Role
- Develop partner distributors engaged with CP (small & mid size business) and build strong commercial sustainable relationships
- Guiding our partners/distributors in engaging with CP through digital means making them aware of all the digital tools at their disposal (such as CP Training Centre & Web shop & Multimedia gallery etc.).
- Follow up on Digital marketing campaigns with targeted customer contacts
- Maintain and update relevant customer master data in CRM and SAP
- Create a manage a pipeline of Industrial tool demonstrations to be carried out by field sales team
- Identify & engage with active as well as dormant accounts looking for business growth opportunities within selected market segments
- Closely collaborate with field sales team in the selected markets to deliver best possible customer experience

What we expect of you?
- Good level of English (both written and spoken) plus fluent in Spanish AND Italian language
- 3+ years of experience in sales or other customer facing or customer supporting role
- Active MS Office user (in particular MS Excel)
- Good planning and follow up skills, ability to prioritize work and work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle claims and conflicts
- Proactive, open minded personality with cando approach
- Open to challenges and with a strong drive to learn new things
