Today we are looking for two Sales Managers, who will join the Sales & Marketing Italy Department who will respectively deal with the territory of Tuscany or Emilia Romagna in the development of the business between the Portfolios of Travel Agencies.


Key activities are:
is responsible sales regional sales development and for assigned target achievement plan and execute commercial visits (both physic and digital) to train Travel Agents and push their sales orientations analyze portfolio performance and support the Area Manager in taking critical decisions manage a co-marketing budget to develop micro marketing activities Promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the companys leaders to obtain optimum results


Requirements:


senior experience (at least 5+ years) in Sales Team residence or domicile in Tuscany or Emilia Romagna Both sales and analytics attitude.

Able to keep a positive relation at every level of the organization Proven capability in teamwork. Previous experiences in Travel Organization represent a point of strength.


Languages spoken:
Italian, English at least B1 analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to react quickly to a fast-changing environment and propensity to deliver under pressure. Motivation and result orientation. Solid team-working culture and good project management skills. Excellent communication skills, public speaking effectiveness is a must have. Open to diversity and cultural differences. Strongly committed to enhance sustainability Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular specialization in Excel and PowerPoint. Focused on learning and research, welcoming feedback and others ideas.
