    Strategy in Action is the creator and premier provider of an innovative and game-changing strategy solution, SiA.

    We directly partner, train and certify esteemed consulting firms around the world, who then utilise our powerful SiA solution with Large Corporates, Business Units of Large Corporates, Institutions, Private Equity Firms, Portfolio Companies and further entities on a global scale, while also serving a select number of blue-chip clientele directly.

    Strategy in Action is the result of decades of experience and success in the Strategy Consulting industry, with the next stage of growth as a company now in place, the organisation, partners and clients are scaling quickly.

    Job Description Working with the Founders and Leadership team to build year-round marketing strategies for: "sell-in" to acquire new "Partners (we call them Value Added Partners -VAPs)" who resell our product and complement it with training and consulting; "Sell-Out" to support our partners in acquiring new subscribers for our breakthrough product SIA - Strategy in Action (

    Run monthly campaigns initially in the UK market to meet and exceed pipeline targets, creating a sustainable stream of qualified leads for new partners or for subscribers to the SIA programmes.

    Own all the marketing assets including the public website.
    Help us discover new channels for growth through an approach of rapid learning and experiments.
    Drive our Persona and customer journeys, based on qualitative and quantitative insights.

    Full ownership of campaign performance for lead gen programs supporting our SiA (website, Linkedin page, white papers, webinars, research reports, and more).

    You'll be setting your and the team's priorities on a day-to-day basis to ensure imminent and future OKRs are met.

    As well as building the strategies, you'll be also rolling your sleeves up and executing them.

    Working closely with the content team to ensure we're delivering value to our community by effectively promoting everything from videos to business reports to podcasts to eBooks to articles.

    Working closely with the events and community management team to build a consistent register of event attendees for in-person meetups and small-scale virtual events.

    Running experiments on every campaign you and the growth marketing team create to ensure we're continually and iteratively optimizing across channels.

    Understanding where our community and target partners and target customers are getting their information and building strategic partnerships, co-marketing, and PR opportunities to run campaigns that capture new leads into the database.

    Provide inputs and insights to the leadership team to improve pricing and licencing policies, as well as product features, in order to increase lead generation and conversion.

    This is one of the most cross-functional roles in the company.

    You'll work closely with talented product, content, and consulting professionals to ensure priorities are aligned and execution plans are on track and contribute to shared goals.

    Qualifications You are Italian native speaker, and you have a working level of English.
    3 years + SAAS B2B marketing experience (experience in Enterprise Software a big plus/must).
    You have a solid a foundation in B2B demand generation & multi-channel campaign design and execution.
    A track record of executing effective campaigns that engage a B2B audiences.
    You're passionate about using and understanding the data behind WHY things happen and use this to shape your campaigns.
    You take pride in crafting effective and engaging copy whatever the platform (email, landing page, social media, etc.).
    You are naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done with minimum supervision.

    You know your way around no-code and Marketing tools e.g zapier - and you love automating your way out of repetitive processes (desirable).

    You expertly balance and prioritize your daily to-do's, as well as your short-term and long-term planning.

    You are an extraordinary teammate always willing to jump in and offer support and say "yes" to taking on new things.

    Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, to incorporate business changes, or to bounce back from subpar results.

    Experience using ESP's & CRM's, and Google Analytics understanding.
    Experience with Asana or project management tools a plus (desirable).
    You thrive in a fast-paced start-up, target-driven environment.

    Additional Information Direct Report:

    You will report directly to the Head of Italian Operations, whilst also working closely with the Strategy in Action Management Team
