    Validation of Non-Formal and Informal Learning Opportunities



    We are creating a pool of experts in non-formal and informal learning validation for European Training Foundation projects in Europe.



    Job Description



    The selected candidates will work on various ETF projects throughout Europe, focusing on the validation of micro credentials, individual learning accounts, and other flexible learning initiatives.



    Required Skills and Qualifications


    • Mastery's degree or higher with at least 15 years relevant experience. Senior experts require 10+ years related to the field;
    • Mid-level experts need 7+ years experience; Junior experts must have 5+ years experience. All roles demand excellent English skills;

    The ideal candidate will have expertise in validating non-formal and informal learning achievements as well as providing support for project implementation through training workshops.


    About the Opportunity:

    • The applicant should demonstrate an ability to communicate complex concepts effectively within multiple contexts and maintain strong collaboration skills both internally & externally under tight deadlines.  Also consider more than one potential issue that could arise during this process – how do you see yourself addressing these?
