We are looking for
brilliant students/fresh graduates with a strong passion for the
Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month
Internship in a
dynamic and
international context based in our Finance Department at our Sant'Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
Project objective

  • Define a standardized process for cost estimation in Lamborghini (early phase benchmark, cost estimation with cost engineering tools)
  • Draw a systematic process for design to cost activities embedded in the Lamborghini specific product development process
  • Build and customize a Lamborghini own database for cost engineering using generally available and historical data

Project steps/output:

  • Analysis of the current process
  • Identification of the process gaps
  • Definition of the necessary countermeasures in terms of process/resources and tool
  • Definition of the cost engineering tool and database
  • Implementation of the established process and tools
Main Tasks

  • Process analysis and documentation
  • Data analysis from the current projects
  • Definition of specs for the necessary supporting tools/system
  • Plan and execeute the implementation of the process/tools

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Basic of statistics, cost engineering
  • Engineering or economics study
  • IT competences excel, databases
  • Good English (both written and spoken);
  • Social skills (effective communication, teamwork)
