OFFICE
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG/NGGH++ staff functions.

Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG/NGGH++ is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.


THE ROLE


We are hiring a Regional Sales Executive for Sport Catalyst accounts to implement the marketplace segmentation strategy, develop long term growth plans with key partners, increase market share, build and maintain relationships with our most valued retailers.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive profitable, sustainable, and accelerated growth with our key sport catalyst partners.
  • Lead the development of both longterm and seasonal integrated account plans to ensure gotomarket readiness and work with the retailers through the seasonal process.
  • Represent the assigned accounts and marketplace channel internally towards all functions and help manage all account interfaces.
  • Drive mutual NGG++/Account profitability using relevant commercial and business planning tools.
  • Regular business travel to engage partners in key cities and markets.
  • Report regularly to the Head of Catalyst Sales.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in planning, selling, and marketplace building across premium sports fashion marketplace channels.
  • Strong industry knowledge, across divisions of footwear and apparel.
  • You can analyse data to improve decisionmaking and implement the strategy.
  • You have excellent commercial acumen and experience to manage key KPIs, contributing to profitable growth.
  • You have experience working crossfunctionally to deliver results.
  • You have an indepth understanding of key markets, consumers, and accounts.
