- Issue and track customer invoices
- Collect, organize, and validate expense notes
- Support monthly accounting close with external accountants
- Keep accounting documentation clean, complete, and audit-ready
- Track payments, deadlines, and basic cash flow items
- Maintain internal operational documents and records
- Support contract administration (filing, tracking, renewals)
- Coordinate with vendors, advisors, and service providers
- Help improve internal processes and workflows as we scale
- Be a trusted operational point of contact
- Anticipate issues before they become problems
- Bring structure and clarity to day-to-day operations
- Experience in operations, accounting support, or back-office roles
- Comfortable with invoices, expenses, and financial documentation
- Highly organized, precise, and dependable
- Proactive mindset
- Confident working with founders and external professionals
- Fluent in Italian; good English is a plus
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Familiarity with accounting tools, ERPs, or Excel/Sheets
- Experience working with external accountants or payroll providers
- Work directly with the founder
