Objectives of the role

  • According to the company's sales strategy, she/he contributes to the achievement of the sales and development objectives, in the assigned geographical area: Germany & DACH countries
  • She/he identifies potential customers, connects and creates new business opportunities
  • She/he maintains and develops a strong relationship with customers, acting as a strategic partner and identifying new proposals
Organization

  • She/he will report to the Regional Sales Manager Central & East Europe
Duties

  • To research, identify and evaluate business development opportunities in the geographical area of reference
  • To develop commercial relationships and sales
  • To collaborate in area sales budgeting, pricing and setting of new market needs & opportunities
  • To support the Regional Manager and the EMEA Sales Director in drafting the business plan

Skills:


  • Degree
  • At least 2years experience in a similar position, within a B2B sales organization, preferably flexible packaging
  • Fluent English and German
  • Positiveness, good communication skills and listening capacity, aptitude for collaboration and teamworking
  • Good planning and organizational skills; goal oriented
  • Digital attitude
