Hotel Artemide is currently recruiting a
Night Auditor to join our highly successful team.

You should have a warm, personable nature, with an eye for detail and a 'can do' attitude.

You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established standards. As a result, you should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards.

In this type of industry, teamwork is key; you should be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

The Role:

A Night Auditor contributes to the first impressions of our Guests.
As Night Auditor, you will provide nighthour reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from checkin through checkout.
Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out.
Ensure that Night Team are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments.
Ensure that the night porter checklist is complete.
Always demonstrate a high level of customer service.
Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
Maximize room occupancy.
Promote hotel services and facilities.
Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems.
Follow company brand standards.

We need people who are full of personality and have:

Great team working skills.
A good level of English, spoken and written. Other languages preferred. Basic Italian required.
A keen eye for detail.
The ability to work under pressure.
A real passion for delivering personal, fantastic, and memorable service to all our guests.
The ability to deal with our guests in a calm and professional manner.

Ideally, you'll have a customer service background and experience in a similar role.
