Belcan is excited to be helping our client in hiring a Sr. Civil, Structural or Architectural (CSA) Engineer for our Baytown, Texas location

Job Title:
Sr. CSA Engineer


Pay Rate:
$75 - $85 depending on experience


Location:
Baytown, Texas


Duration:
Indefinite

Professional with high technical competency who leads CSA projects or CSA designers' teams.

  • Influences direction of complex brownfield projects and communicates with CSA department peers, other engineering disciplines personnel and project managers.
  • Continuously participates in technical and nontechnical training.
  • Participates on projects in size up to $25mm.
Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural or Architectural engineering degree is required (or equivalent engineering degree).

  • Experience must include CSA design knowledge and construction support.
Knowledge & Skills

  • The incumbent must have a comprehensive engineering knowledge in their discipline.
  • Able to assimilate technical knowledge quickly in order to maintain advancements in his/her field of expertise.
  • Leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills are imperative in order to coordinate project work to meet the demands of Covestro project managers and other divisional technical personnel.

Experience Guidelines:


  • BS 8+ years
  • MS 26+ years
  • Professional registration and/or certifications as appropriate.
