    Overview

    A leading educational institution in Milan is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle and develop HR policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is proficient in English. This role handles compliance, employee relations, and payroll management for around 200 employees across multiple campuses in Milan and Rome, Italy. The position offers a permanent contract with full-time hours and significant responsibilities in fostering a positive work culture.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
    • Handle compliance, employee relations, and payroll management for approximately 200 employees across multiple campuses (Milan and Rome).
    • Support a positive work culture and provide guidance on HR best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar full lifecycle HR role.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in English; another language is a plus.
