Gruppo Florence è una piattaforma italiana integrata, principale riferimento in termini di best practice al servizio dei brand del lusso, per lo sviluppo e la produzione di collezioni di prêt-à-porter, pelletteria e calzature. Per una delle aziende di abbigliamento appartenente al Gruppo, siamo alla ricerca di un/a:Modellista Senior RTW
La persona, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Realizzare cartamodelli sulla base degli sketch dell'Ufficio Stile e occuparsi della loro ingegnerizzazione attraverso l'utilizzo del sistema CAD;
- Sviluppare e garantire la corretta costruzione del prototipo, in collaborazione con i tecnici interni ed esterni;
- Partecipare ai fitting con lo scopo di fornire supporto tecnico e condividere suggerimenti per lo sviluppo del prodotto;
- Eseguire gli sdifettamenti necessari per la messa a punto del modello;
- Costruire un rapporto di stretta collaborazione con Sviluppo Prodotto e l'Ufficio Stile dei brand per assicurare il rispetto dei tempi di realizzazione e consegna;
- Aggiornare l'archivio modelli.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma o percorso di studi inerente alla mansione;
- Esperienza pregressa consolidata di almeno 5 anni in aziende di abbigliamento capospalla;
- Conoscenza del sistema CAD e delle materie prime;
- Precisione ed attenzione ai dettagli;
- Buone competenze relazionali e di teamwork.
