We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cloud / DevOps Engineer to support and operate a large-scale cloud platform powering IoT applications.
This role is critical to ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance across a distributed infrastructure running on AWS and Kubernetes, while supporting continuous operations in a 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters in production environments
Support and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS (compute, networking, storage)
Monitor system performance and ensure platform reliability and availability
Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis in complex environments
Collaborate with global teams to support deployments and platform operations
Handle ticket management and incident tracking using tools like ServiceNow or Jira
Continuously improve operational processes through automation and optimization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments
Practical experience with AWS cloud services
Advanced knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting
Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
Upper-intermediate English level or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting high-availability or 24/7 production environments
Familiarity with infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices
Exposure to large-scale distributed systems
Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
Soft Skills:
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed teams
Positive attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments
